How you’ll do it
Briefing & De-briefing
After we get a brief from the client, we prepare a debrief to ensure that we have understood it clearly. The is presented to client in a simplified manner - to make sure that all stake holders are on the same page.
User Experience & Content Strategy
Once the debrief is complete, we map out the user experience journey. We further strategise the content required for each web page. This ensures we deliver the best customer experience and ultimately achieve the brand's business goals.
Design Prototypes, Feedback & Handoffs
Basis the customer journey and goals, we design the web pages. These are prototyped and tested across multiple devices: giving all stake holders an early understanding of how the website will work. We present designs to the client and incorporate any feedback. After an approval, we hand off the design to the developers.
Storefront setup & development
Next, our Shopify Experts and UI developers go ahead and setup the Shopify store front and begin developing each page to match the UI design. Once completed, we pass on the site for testing.
Testing & Publishing
In the testing stage, we ensure that all page designs are matched and all functionalities of the site are working properly. Once the design is tested and approved internally, we share the link with the client. Upon approval, we are ready to publish the site and announce it to the world.
