Job brief

We are looking for a Jr. Ad Specialist to support the planning, execution, and optimization of paid campaigns for our clients.

This role involves working closely with Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), analysing campaign performance, and building dashboards that translate data into clear insights.

To be successful in this role, you should have a strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager and be comfortable working with data, performance metrics, and reporting tools. If you enjoy working with numbers and improving results through testing and iteration, we’d like to meet you.

Ultimately, you’ll help drive growth by improving campaign performance, identifying opportunities, and contributing to scalable marketing systems.

Requirements

  • Basic experience (0–2 years) in performance marketing or paid ads
  • Strong working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram)
  • Ability to analyse campaign performance (ROAS, CPA, CTR, etc.)
  • Experience creating and maintaining dashboards (Google Sheets / Looker Studio or similar)
  • Understanding of marketing funnels (TOF, MOF, BOF)
  • Comfortable working with data and identifying trends
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
  • Clear communication skills to explain performance insights

Responsibilities

  • Set up, manage, and optimise Meta ad campaigns
  • Monitor daily performance and make data-driven adjustments
  • Assist in testing audiences, creatives, and campaign structures
  • Build and update performance dashboards
  • Translate data into actionable insights for the team
  • Collaborate with creative and content teams to improve ad performance
  • Support reporting and performance reviews

Bonus

  • Experience working with D2C or eCommerce brands
  • Basic understanding of creatives (what makes ads perform)
  • Exposure to other platforms like Google Ads
  • Familiarity with Shopify ecosystem
