How Long We Keep Your Data

  • Enquiry data (non-clients): We retain your contact and business information for up to 2 years from the date of your enquiry, to allow us to follow up appropriately. After this period, data is deleted or anonymised unless you have become a client.
  • Client data: Data related to client engagements is retained for 7 years from the end of the engagement, in line with standard business record-keeping requirements under Indian law.
  • Email marketing data: We retain your email address on our Mailchimp list until you unsubscribe, at which point it is removed from active communications. You may request full deletion at any time.
  • Analytics data: Google Analytics data is retained per Google’s default retention settings (typically 26 months), in anonymised and aggregated form.

You may request deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us (see Section 12). We will action all valid deletion requests within 30 days.
